MARIGNY CAPITAL provides its clients with a dedicated complaints handling process. Any complaint may be submitted in writing to the following address: reclamation@marignycapital.com. The handling of complaints falls under the responsibility of MARIGNY CAPITAL’s RCSI. To facilitate processing, the complaint must specify the complainant’s identity and contact information, the subject of the request, the relevant references, and any documents useful for its review.
Upon receipt, MARIGNY CAPITAL will send a confirmation of receipt within 48 hours. The complaint will then be processed promptly, monitored appropriately, and tracked until its resolution. A response will be provided within a maximum of two (2) months from receipt, except in duly justified special circumstances. In the event of a persistent disagreement or failure to receive a response within the specified timeframes, the client may refer the matter free of charge to the Mediator of the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF) at the following address:
